Fight against Akuma
Select arcade mode. Then, hold A + B while selecting either the "Manual" or "Auto" option for your fighter. Keep the buttons held until the match begins.
Fight against M. Bison
Select arcade mode. Then, hold A + B + Select while selecting either the "Manual" or "Auto" option for your fighter. Keep the buttons held until the match begins.
Play as Akuma, M. Bison, or Dan
In any mode or level, choose random select at the character selection screen. If you are lucky you will get Akuma, M. Bison, or Dan.
