Unlock Enma
To unlock Enma you must collect all 20 regional cards.
Konohamaru Passwords
When entering the school, talk to Konohamaru on the ground floor between the Mission and Challenges doors. Entering the password gives you a character item. Character items will unlock the character, but only after you have beaten the game.
